Hi Jess, a belated welcome given you started with us back in November '25!
What's your role at Devoli?
I'm a Key Account Manager at Devoli, sitting at the heart of some of our most important partner relationships. Devoli operates across the full network and telco stack including cloud, network, platforms, mobile and voice so my role is to make sure our key partners are getting real value across that entire portfolio. Strong service is central to everything I do, partners need to know that when they work with Devoli they're getting not just great technology, but a team that stands behind it.
What were you doing previously?
Before joining Devoli I many years at Spark as a Key Account Manager, working across enterprise and mid-market segments. I worked across the full technology stack including mobile and devices, cloud and connectivity, voice and unified communications, IoT and platforms, and managed services, cultivating long-standing relationships and developing a thorough understanding of what businesses need from their telco partner and translating their goals, plans and roadmaps into clear, executable strategies that delivered real outcomes.
What do you bring to the table for Devoli partners?
With over 20 years across the full telco and technology stack I bring deep industry knowledge and strong commercial & negotiation skills. I'm experienced in problem solving and solution design, connecting the right solutions to the right challenges. I'm a strong communicator and facilitator, known for bringing the right people together to get things done, and above all I pride myself on being a trusted advisor, a genuine partner not just a supplier.
What are you enjoying about your time with Devoli so far?
The people, the culture and the growth mindset here are genuinely energising. I love the partner agnostic approach, the access to incredible specialists, the pace and agility, and being part of the exciting Trans-Tasman vision that Devoli is building.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Family and friends are everything. We live by the beach so fishing, swimming and that coastal lifestyle is a big part of our weekends. I'm a football fanatic, a real foodie, and I love nothing more than gathering the people I care about around a great table.
And what are you looking forward to most about the year ahead?
Getting truly embedded in my role and building deep partner relationships is my number one focus. I'm also excited about growing the partner portfolio, delivering strong outcomes, and being part of Devoli's Trans-Tasman expansion. On the personal side family trips, quality time with my husband and three kids, visiting my mum in the States, and hopefully making it to the World Cup with my football-mad son!
