He thrives on scaling businesses, optimising operations, and maintaining global competitiveness, and his broad experience in technology and digital strategy has seen him navigate and disrupt markets effectively.
Under Karl’s leadership since 2016, Devoli has grown into a highly-awarded, sustainable, market-respected challenger, competing vigorously and successfully to beat legacy telcos at their own game.
Blair is passionate about using advances in technology and new business models to make the world a better place.
Having overseen Devoli’s commercial success and growth since 2017, Blair has a wealth of experience across service industries, having held senior executive roles at NZ Post, Sky and more.
With a passion for all things sport, Blair believes in the power of sports to bring communities together, provide role models for young people and deliver physical and mental wellbeing for everyone.
Leah has led Devoli’s renowned Customer Success team since 2020. With a background in MSP businesses and having grown with our company and our customers, Leah is one of NZ’s most experienced leaders when it comes to the needs of service providers and end users.
With priority access to Devoli’s full team of experts at all times, Leah spearheads day-to-day support operations for our customers and ensures the highest standards of responsiveness.
A senior network technology leader with over three decades in the industry Ken has held senior roles at major telcos in the UK and Australia. He deployed the very first 400G optical system in the world, and the first 8k Ultra High Definition video live stream between Queensland and the United States.
Ken oversees our network team in management and continual improvement of the Devoli network, ensuring resilient, carrier-grade, high-capacity capability for our growing connection base.
Michelle advocates for an inclusive culture that recognises and leverages everyone's strengths, and for our people to tap into their unique superpowers. Her vision is for our people to both succeed in their roles and flourish as humans, and for a workplace where everyone contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration and collective success.
Experienced across telco, tech, aviation and media and with a background in psychology, Michelle also delivers engaging, diverse product training experiences for our customers.
A highly regarded industry leader, Jarrod has 25 years' experience managing teams, developing and growing channel partnerships, managing supply and leading local growth strategies in the highly competitive technology sector.

Monique has been with Devoli five years as strategic partner to our Service Retailer customers, and was previously Head of Partnerships at Telecom NZ International. With a focus on ongoing engagement and support, she helps drive our customers' commercial success and a mutually beneficial partnership for both parties.
Based in Wellington and regularly joining the team at Devoli HQ, Monique spends time with customers up and down New Zealand.
