Introducing Matt Cormack: Account Manager

Hi Matt, welcome to Devoli - great to have a new face on the team as the new year kicks in.

What is your job title?

Account Manager - I'm looking forward to working alongside Devoli's customers and growing their businesses.

What do you do in your role?

In my role as account manager, I'm tasked with setting our technology partners up for success, creating and progressing mutually beneficial partnerships – when they win, Devoli wins.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Golf (represent Auckland), Gym, Beach, Drum & Bass festivals, Family, Friends, Fiancee and stepson, and Up the Wahs!

What are you looking forward to most about 2025?

I’m getting married in August so I had best say that, right? 2025 Warriors, it’s our year ! Getting stuck into my role at Devoli and adding value and support both internally and to our IT and technology partners. Playing plenty of golf (weekends of course) and continuing to challenge myself to get better.

What are you enjoying most about Devoli so far?

The people and culture. Welcoming, collaborative but at the same time competitive and want to win. The contents of the communal fridge aren’t bad either.

What’s the most interesting development in recent times when it comes to your area of work?

The ever-increasing power and benefits of automation and AI. Done well, this enables valuable human resource to be freed up from laborious manual tasks to focus on more engaging, rewarding and high value tasks – all while creating efficiencies for business.
